Charging any phone for the first time on a standard charger that comes with the phone it could take 10 - 12 hours and this might occur for the first 4 time of usage! i know when you first get your phone you would be anxious to explore but it would be better to first charge it

if you haven't tried already, take the battery out and put back in. you might also try replugging back into the pc and doing a restart while it is still hooked up.

My Lexmark c510 only prints a black page.

The black solid page could be due to a loose charge roller on the Photodeveloper. Here is an article that has pretty good instructions on how to verify and properly set the charge roller.

Phone will not charge

i literally just fixed mine myself.
if your battery is completely dead (like mine was) unplug the battery, put it back in. put the USB cable into the computer, hold "C" on the handset, plug the charge cable into the phone (keep holding "C") the keypad lights should come on, let go and leave to charge. when thats done, download this and follow the steps to update your phones software. i hope it's not too late, you've probably got a new phone by now.
