The grid is turned fully right, can you explane or if there is one manual how to check if the chute that is not blocked.
    Can I remove and how.

The grind is turned full right as it is recommended. Please tell me were exactly the chute is located and if I can take it apart. Maybe there is one repair manual I can download.
As I tried to explain the pump does not start as it does when you are steaming or making preground coffee. I mean if something was blocked the pump should anyhow start but no water coming out.
But in this case nothing is happening.

The thing is when I made like the first person told me to adjust the grinder 3 steps coarser it worked for 7-8 times and then it started again with the same problem.
I do not know if this can happen but it seems to me like it is gridding to much coffee and maybe the pump do not have enough power to press out the water, It is doing all the process but when it is coming to start the pump and press out water nothing happens.
The other problem is that I bought the machine in USA and I brought it to Venezuela.
It will be a big cost to send it back for warranty issues.
Please give some help what so ever I am prepared to try it.
    Thank You!

It sounds as if you have a clogged machine.

You can get coffee machine cleaners from your local supermarket but you shouldn't be having this type of trouble so soon

If a cleaner does not solve your problem, take the machine back to the supplier.

If the a grinder is on the coarsest setting, and still wont work, then remove the beans, vac out the chamber, then remove the screws in the bean chamber carefully, when screws are removed, lift the bean hopper about an inch and turn the adjustment knob to about #2, set hopper down and make sure the gears line up on adjustment knob. Now you should be able to make your grind coarser, set it to about 6 or 8 and test machine.

What would cause the machine to grind the beans but not produce any coffee despite the water tank being full?

Your grinder setting might be too fine. Only adjust while the grinder is grinding -- set to a coarser grind. Have you tried the preground coffee dispenser? Again, use coarser ground coffee in case the sieve is getting clogged.

Keeps saying "Coffee Beans Empty" - Saeco Royal Digital Plus

Either the coffee chute from the grinder is blocked, or the grind is too fine. Remove brew unit and check grinder chute.

It is says fill the beans even if the are full, snd dont make a coffee

Your grinder is probably clogged with fine powder. Set the grinder adjustment to a coarser grist, and see if this pushes out packed coffee from the grinder. Open the lid for preground coffee and clean out the outlet from the grinder.

It is the tamper in the brew unit that feels if there`s enough coffee before brewing. If this gets to far down during tamping, it will send a message to the mainboard that there`s not enough coffee, and the message Fill Beans will appear.

Flashing water light - will drain water but will not make coffee

Something is wrong on the coffee cycle side of the machine. Check the brew unit screens and and try doing a preground cycle with out inserting coffee. IF water comes out, I would looking into your grinder a little bit and try increasing the grinder size.

No coffee coming out of the machine!

First step, increase the grinder size. Note: only change grinder setting while the grinder is spinning. If that does not work, look into cleaning your brew group screens. The machine should have came with a key to remove the screen. If your machine as a preground option try making a preground coffee without inserting coffee to see if only water will come out. If water comes out then you know its your grinder. Usually too small of grinder sizes will stop water flow.
