Question about Acer Aspire 5735 Notebook
My Acer Aspire 5735z battery won't charge, the other night I walked into my room and my computer was working fine, I went out and when I came back later that night my computer was stuck at an 80% charge! It wasnt dying but wasnt charging either, so I kept it plugged in and it was fine, the next day my girlfriend was cleaning up and knocked the adapter out of my computer, my computer lost the charge it was holding and died, now my computer wont charge/turn on at all!
I checked the adapter and it works fine in other computers, i checked the inner prong where i plug the adapter into the computer it looks great everything's up to snuff, i took the battery out, it's clean, im all out of ideas, my computer is about a year old and runs/ran quite well so, now im hoping you guys can help me out!
Your adapter port might have been improperly adjusted. Jiggle the cord around in there while it's plugged in to see if the plugged in light comes on. If it does then that's your problem. You can prob things under it to keep it at that point for a quick fix but I'd recommend a local computer shop for repairs.
