I solved it by putting the player to my reseller on my warranty. I bought it in december. It´s as simple as that for the moment. I´ll tell you if it comes out something interesting.
Thanks Anyway.

Why does my CD player display "no disc"?

I had a similar problem with my DVD player. Cleaning the laser eye helped fix my problem. You can clean it manually if you are not afraid to remove the cover of the unit or you can try a cleaning disc. The eye can collect dust and prevent it from reading the ID sector of the music CD.

C521 reads "no Cd" when cold and cd is inserted

Yes, most electronic devices work at an optimum temperature, and if the temperature rises or falls below this, the circuitry could go out of spec.

If the temperature is too cold, you could try to warm up the back of the player with a hairdyrer for a few minutes. This generally does the trick..

DURNING FINALIZE MODE IT STOPPED WITH1:30 LEFT--- THEN I TURNED IT OFF AND TRIED AGAIN TO FINALIZE AND IT CAME UP WITH A READING OF---REPAIR--

That's a normal response to an interrupted Finalization.

The recorder was switched off/unplugged after recording without ejecting the disc. The recorder could not write essential recording information onto the disc.

While REPAIR is displayed, the recorder automatically examines the recorded area of the disc and updates the track numbers and recording time data. This process takes about 40 minutes for a fully recorded disc. Finalization or further recording is possible once the REPAIR message disappears.

this player uses a philips mechanism, spindle motor failure is very common on these mechanisms, yours may be on its way out. take the lid off and insert a cd and if you can hear the laser trying to read the cd without it spinning, it's definately the spindle motor.
