Question about Washing Machines
here is some information for you Please read this . Try
selecting different temperature settings. if it doesnt work , but it works fine on the cold setting
First check the hoses to ensure they are not kinked or the inlet screens are clean
If you open your machine,from the rear of the machine
There is a little blue plastic valve in the back, by where the water hoses come in. It has one yellow and one white solenoid, I believe, on it. this will need to be replaced
these valves will fail and give you the fault code that you are describing
Please that you unplug the machine before attempting any repairs to avoid getting a nasty shock or worse
