Hi ohms will be selected when an amp is bridged. In the manual it will tell you what ohms it is capable of running at.
Hi i was wondering why you gave me one thumb "no help" when i answered you question correctly did you need more help because you dont have the manual? you will need to know the ohm's of the speakers you will be hooking up to the amp. two 4ohm subs that is sterio, two 8 ohm subs you run the amp mono, four 4 ohm subs is mono, four 8 ohm subs sterio"quad" let me know if you need help wiring your subs I need to know what ohm they are and how many you will be hooking up and I can explain how to wire them and what ohm you will be running. The amp selects the ohm for you when it is turned on by what ohm sub and how many is wired.
ok let me try to explain this the amp does not change ohms like a switch on it the speakers have whats called INPIDENCE that are measured in ohms that they can handle, then the amp has the ohms its capable of running at. If you have two 4 ohm single coil subs you run the amp in sterio and it will be matched inpidence with the subs and it will not over heat or shut off
