No parts for the gun. I'm not sure what model you have for sure, I don't recognize 1600 PWA, see link.

I am trying to disassemble a MC9090 scan gun. I have the one with the Pistol grip. I can't find any instructions on how to disassemble the model with the Pistol grip. I found some instructions with...

once removing the screws from the bottom near the scanner, there's two inside the battery case. from there the gun/handle will slide forward. This took all my strength as it's rubber sealed. it also has two cables that run from handle to top, so be careful not to break them when opening it.

there should be small screws near the handle so that you can split the casing into 2 halves. then look for the spring that regulates the trigger

Don't know how to load the nails in the gun

There are two ways dependent upon the gun model. Pull the charging handle back and insert the nail clip with the forward facing, leading edge POINT in first. Some guns allow you to put the nail clip(RACK) in the gun then pull back on the charging handle. BOOM your ready to shoot.

What's wrong with my screw gun when the bit keeps falling out when in use?

The bit holder resides in the clutch housing which has a collar with a ball bearing that the notch in the bit holder snaps into. It would seem that the ball bearing has slipped out of the cooler on the clutch housing, therefore nothing is locking it into placed. If you need a diagram, let me know.

How do I change the gun filter on Campbell hausfeld airless sprayer?

Assuming it is detached from hose, I would first unscrew the skinny end of the filter housing that goes into the gun at the gun handle. That's cause it looks fragile and allows easier access to the wrench positions where you break down the hex fitting from the filter housing. After unscrewing the hex fitting the filter cartridge should pull out easily for cleaning or replacement.

I have never used my Cobra 8000 but need to use it immediately to post signs in my neighborhood re a dog I found. I opened the box, and there were no instructions. I have the gun and some staples. I can't...

The bottom portion of the stapler (the opposite side of where the staples discharge) should squeeze together and pull out, load staples tip up and reinsert the follower until it clicks.  Put on sign post and squeeze the handle.
Hope this helps

Staple gun support

Know the types of staple guns available. They can be manual, electric, battery operated or run by compressed air with an air compressor. Some staple guns have guide wires because they’re used by electricians that can’t pierce wires. Others have long noses to work well in corners and tight spaces. There’s also a reverse built ergonomic staple gun called a "forward action" because the handle and the staple’s exit point are on the same end of the staple gun. Some staple guns can shoot brads instead of staples. Know how each type of staple gun works. This one is so simple because it works just like a stapler. You press and hold the silver latch on the back of the stapler to open the body. Take the tray out and fill it with staples. Then it’s ready to use. Just put the staple ejecting end on your piece to be stapled and squeeze it. There is also the forward action manual gun which is used by pushing the handle down, too. The handle is just located near the staple ejection site. Use an electric staple gun for effortless stapling. There’s no need to squeeze or apply any pressure on these guns. They come with a very short cord so you will always need to have an extension cord with your staple gun. You can also go with a rechargeable battery operated cordless staple gun. They are great but they do run out of steam so for long use one with a cord is better. They’re also pretty easy on the wallet these days, so there’s no reason to go without this in your home tool kit as it’s something that does a lot of jobs. Know the versatility of the staple gun. Whether you have a manual or an electric model, these are some of the most versatile tools out there. You can use them to recover furniture, to build a birdhouse, to staple lattice to a patio, to build lightweight projects like a small knick knack shelf and to do wiring work.

CO2 ctge expels as it is inserted into handle

Your first problem may be your seals. if the base seals have not been oiled since you bought the gun they may have weakened or cracked to the point that they no longer make an effective seal against your 12g cartridge. For now, add some gun or machine oil. If that fails you can buy seal kits from whoever made your gun, and possibly have your local gunsmith install them if he is able to. This all depends on what the gun is worth to you.
