To setup an account in Yahoo Mail. Just go to mail.yahoo.com.

On the right side, under Don't have a Yahoo! ID? click Sign Up.

Then enter all the necessary information. Take note of your Yahoo ID and password.

I strongly suggest you put an alternate email address just in case you forget your password. But if you do not have another email address, just make sure you remember the answers to your secret questions.

Type the code shown on the box. Then select Create My Account.

Good luck!

I would like to add my wifes name to my e/mail account

Most email programs have something in the settings that will allow you to change how your name is displayed. Try looking at Settings or Options for this. If it's a Yahoo or Google account (or some other free domain account), you may need to open the settings for your Yahoo or Google account (not just the email account) and do it from there. If you have email though your provider (like Cox or Century Link), you may need to change the settings from the main account, not just the email account.

Can not log in on new computer

Windows 8 and 8.1 require a different setup process than the predecessors. http://www.howtogeek.com/188252/everything-you-need-to-know-about-signing-into-windows-8.1/

You have to set up an account, either a Microsoft or a local account. Microsoft accounts are online accounts. Local accounts are the traditional style of Windows user account. Your user account name and password are stored only on your computer. To use OneDrive, desktop settings sync, or other account-based features, you need a Microsoft account rather than a local user account. You can change your account choice later but you must set up one or the other.

How do you set up an account? By the ADD USER function. As I am the primary person using and configuring my computer, I make my account an administrators account.

Samsung infuse 4g

You'll need to go into the settings and add her account, then make that account the primary account on the phone, then delete your account. Here is a link (http://www.samsung.com/us/support/owners/product/SGH-I997ZKAATT) to a source of the owner's manual for your phone.

You want to go to settings/ accounts and sync/ manage accounts to set up her account. You may have already done so. However, best perhaps to wipe the phone clean before setting up her account. This can be done from the settings/ privacy/ factory data reset area, which will keep the google servers from using the account backups to restore your old account on the phone. However you will lose all installed applications by doing so. (See pages 120-121 of the gingerbread version of the manual.)
If you choose not to do a factory reset, follow the instructions for configuring your phone (http://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/201202/20120207034812540/ATT_i997_English_User_Manual_KL2_F3_Gingerbread.pdf
to add her account, then restart the phone, delete your account, restart again and sync her account and see if the phone won't maintain her settings.
I hope this information allows you to resolve this issue. If you need further assistance, please post back with a comment to this thread.
If I've managed to answer your question or solve a problem, please take just a moment to rate this post....thanks!

I want to return to my original user name and cannot...have a new computer and it has been set up with a new user name...I want my original one.

YOU WILL ALWAYS HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH YOUR INTERNET PROVIDER AND PASSWORD,

YOU WILL NEED TO SET UP A SUB ACCOUNT, WHICH IS A SECONDARY ACCOUNT ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR MAIN INTERNET PROVIDER. EACH SUB-ACCOUNT HAS ITS OWN UNIQUE USER NAME AND PASSWORD.

GO TO TOOLS, UNDER ACCOUNTS, SET UP YOUR NEW EMAIL ACCOUNT, USER NAME AND PASSWORD

ARE YOU WANTING TO USE LIKE A YAHOO ACCOUNT? IF SO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE TRANSFERED YOUR OLD ACCOUNT INFORMATION & CONTACTS FROM YOUR LAST EMAIL PROVIDER INTO YOUR NEW ACCOUNT...AFTER YOU SET UP YOUR NEW ACCOUNT INFORMATION...GO TO TRUESWITCH.COM TO TRANSFER ACCOUNT INFO, ETC,.

HOPE THIS HELPS!

My google account on my android is no longer set up and i am not able to get into the account i had, what should i do?

You can set up a new Google account if you don't need the information (e-mails, contacts, calendar events, purchased apps, etc.) in the old account. Just go through activation and choose to set up a new Google Account when prompted.

If you need the information, you can try retrieving the password by going to https://www.google.com/accounts and clicking on "Can't access your account?" in the blue box.

Need to setup email on iphon 3gs. I need step by step info.

Setting up email accountsEmail account setup with Mail is easy. If you're setting up an email account for the first time on iPhone or iPod touch, simply touch the Mail icon on the Home screen. If you're adding an additional account with software version 2.0 or later, touch the Settings icon on the Home screen, select Mail, Contacts, Calendars and select Add Account.
If you're setting up a Microsoft Exchange, MobileMe, Gmail, Yahoo! or AOL account, touch the icons for those services on the Add Account screen and enter your account information. If you're setting up an email account from another provider, select Other. In software version 2.0 or later, Mail can automatically setup many popular POP and IMAP email accounts using just your email address and password.1 As Mail looks up settings that match your email account you may see a note appear that will describe any limitations you may experience in using your email account. If Mail cannot find the settings needed to setup your email account, refer to the documentation from your email provider on how to manually setup an email account.
Syncing email account settings to iPhone
You use iTunes to sync your email account setttings to iPhone or iPod touch. iTunes supports Mail on a Mac, and Microsoft Outlook (2007 or 2003) and Outlook Express on a PC. See article "Syncing iPhone " for further details.

Note: Syncing email account settings to iPhone or iPod touch copies the email account setup, not the messages themselves. Whether the messages in your inbox appear on both iPhone or iPod touch and your computer depends on the type of email account you have and how it's configured. You may need to enter your password on the device after syncing account settings.
