Question about Pace Type 30-0060 1121-0369 D1 .060 D2 .188

Pace tdc778x digital dvr

Cable company gave the unit to install for digital cable, but instructions on how to hook up. Is there a spot on the Net for the instructions?

Would like to watch the HD TV on normal channels or switch to the DVR. Currently it comes on Channel 3 for Media Com. Am using the HDMI hookup with a Phillips HD Tv.

Can't record from Cable DVR

Here is a diagram of an option for you to hook up a cable box, to a VCR, then a TV. I took out all the other things and kept it simple. You can always hook up more later. The cable should go straight into the DVR as it is, then hook the yellow A/V cables from the DVR/cable box output to the VCR input then anther set of A/V cables from the VCR out to the AV1 on your television.

You will have to select the A/V input on the Go Video, then you should be able to see a picture. The only drawback on this option. You will have to watch what you record.

I hope this information allows you to resolve this issue. If you need further assistance, please post back with a comment to this thread.
If I've managed to answer your question or solve a problem, please take just a moment to rate this post....thanks!

Check the back of your TV. Your cable is probably hooked into a Composite or HDMI input, I doubt they would install it directly to the TV's tuner, these days thats reserved for local antenna's.

Cross-Car Convenience Net

There's little hooks in the trunks on either side. You basically hook the net on the hooks, one net on the driver side, one on the passenger side. It makes small pockets of space near each side of the wheel well, behind the rear lights. You can't fit much in those spots, but it is nice to have a spot to put groceries you don't want to slide around in the back.

Most likely it's the LCD panel assembly failure. Either the inverter board or scaler board.

Simply said you require a DVR station or Audio/Video travel cable. On the DVR just simply plug in your composite cable from OUT the satellite/cable box or whichever source your recording from to IN on the DVR station. The a/v travel cable is a little easier to hook up. Then just select the VideoCorder icon.
