Question about Microsoft Xbox 360 Console
When I turn on my 360 it signs me in to the dashboard with me gamertag, and under that it says "Connect to Xbox LIVE".
When i click it, it bring up a message saying
" Your account has been suspended due to a problem with your payment option. Please use a different payment option or update your current information in Account Management."
Under that message it has two options. 1. Update Profile. 2. Cancel. When i click on Update Profile it brings up the menu with Memberships, Contacts and all that stuff, but then it loads for about 3 seconds and it returns me to the original screen with my GT. It won't let me click on any of the options.
It won't let me go to Account Management either, it says I need to be connected to LIVE, but I can't because it takes me to the other things that I said before!!
Someone PLEASE help me!!

That will troubleshoot your xbox live connection from the pc.
you can also pay your subscription fee online too.

WOW! Thanks for the information Uglysmurf! I was starting to think my console died or something!!! Had to update my billing info online and it works like a charm now! thanks again

Omg, i just got this problem yesterday! thank god for u man, this little blog saved me from restarting my account, and/or killing my Xbox, once again, thanks man. :-)
