Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player
I have a brand new mp3 player (sansa express) and i used it during 2 weeks and now is not working, the computer do not recognize it and the battery is empty and is not possible to charge it because the computer does not recognize it.I remember i deleted a file named MSOCache.I do not know if is Hardware one or if is a software one.Please ,what should i do?
If it is still under warranty, then you should take the mp3 player back to the store, tell them it doesn't work and that you would like to exchange it for another one.
