No sorry to be the bad news bear. but if you have done all of that then you may have to get them to servise it seeing the controller maybe stuck in a limp mode.
a few things though that you may not have tried are repeating the mishap with the key again but when it is goes down for that few seconds. it may help it to reboot. also keep the machine unplugged for 24 hours as a hard reset may also help it. these are the two things i notice when reading that you didn't state and may help. good luck and let me know how you make out.
no thank you for the follow up. i love it when customers let me know the out come and now i know that hard restart for that treadmill. again thank you for using fixya and glad to see you got it going. when we buy items and there new then they break it can be very upsetting. thinking Reebok would have something that simple in the trouble shooting guide. well have a nice day.

i spoke to Reebok, all I had to do was hold down the stop button and the incline up button at the same time and then put on the key for a hard restart.....that was not listed in the troubleshooting guide. I should have just been patient and waited until Monday.....Thanks anyway....
