NNESMITH, You responded today regarding my problem with my food and liquid freezing up on the refrigerator side of my Samsung RS263BBWP unit... "Jan 31, 2010 - this unit has a sensor located in the refrig section that is no longer avaiable. checked a few diff places. nla ok this may or maynot be the problem, but this what i have come up with. this number changes and i have found an alt part # and a source. p# ca32-00006w and it can be ordered from marcone 1-800-282-6636 $5.72 this unit has a main control board that is prob expensive. try the sensor." What I need now is a schematic/wiring diagram or picture of the where the temperature sensor is located. ( I want to see how easy it will be to replace) Thank you for your help. Marty

    I see a panel with three screws - one on the top and two at opposite ends at the bottom. I assume that is the control board your talking about.



    I can't thank you enough. I 've worked on other models before doing my own repair, but alwaus had a schematic or location layout sheet.

It is in the fresh food side of box in the control panel. just open it up and there it is. simple.

Samsung sxs fridge model RS263BBWP has icy/melting water inside bottom of fridge side...
sounds like your drain is blocked. roughly in the middle of your fridge on the inside at the back you will have a tray that you can pull away.. there will be a small hole roughly 10mm diameter, try sticking coat hanger down it to free up the gunk thats blocking your drain. dry up the water with a towel or something and you should have no dramas

Freezer not freezing food
try turning off the whole of the freezer off then clean it and clear all the food out then switch back on then put it on cold as normal then click super or too make the process faster button to make the freezer colder
