I cant start my 1992 gulfstream sun voyager, the starting batteries seem to be depleted, which batteries in this model are the starter batteries, the front double , the double over the drivers front wheel ort the twin batteries over to the side of the engine

If you have traced the fuel line to the fuel rail and checked all along the route there may not be one, either never installed or removed from prior owner(if there was one) ,you will have to go inline to check fuel pressure, remove fuel line supply and reattach with pressure gauge inline.
Sounds like a bad starter. You might get it to start if you tap on the starter with a small hammer or a wrench while someone turns the key for you. If this makes it start, replace the starter.
If the connections from the battery to the starter solenoid is good, the ground of the battery is good and the ground of the engine is good then the starter must crank well.
If there is slow cranking it is due to a faulty flywheel connection to the starter pinion, a tight engine/ faulty timing setting..... assuming that the battery and starter motor is double checked.
check the small connector at starter for voltage when cranking if ok try the hammer test if starts bad starter (ie) tapping starter with hammer while trying to start.
