Question about Microwave Ovens
If you forgot to remove the plug from the inside of the disposal then you need to remove the disposal. Once removed you need to remove the rubber gasket on to so you can see in with no obstructions. Once that is done look around the wall where the blade is you will see the plug there on end. To remove from there you need to pry out with a screw driver to free it and get out. Then the disposal should be good.
