Question about Kenmore Refrigerators
The drain in the back of the freezer is clogged with ice. Turn off the refrigerator, remove everything from the freezer, remove the back and lower panels, and you will see what I am talking about. There will be a lot of ice everywhere. All of this ice should be removed. In the very back of the freezer, there is a drain. Make sure it is clear, then put everything back. This should solve the problem.
