Video converter program not working in Visual Land MP3 player

The directions for video in my Visual Land MP3 player says to use their video converter on an MP4 file. Whenever I browse for the files on the program, the videos never show up. What do I do?

What's the name of your converter? try to contact the manufacturer. If you want to try another tool, I recommend you Video Sharer, it can convert video and audio files between almost all the formats.

    have a try.

How to download movies on the mp3 player

  • Make sure that your MP3 player can also play videos. It should say right on the box for your player whether it can. it should also say what file types the player can use.
  • Install a video converter for your MP3 player if needed. Look to see if one came on your installation CD. Look online if you need one. Consider a Sansa Converter.Install any drivers on the installation CD at the same time, allowing your computer to recognize your player when you plug it in. This process starts automatically after inserting the CD in the computer's CD drive.
  • Convert your video into the right format and size. Many videos on your computer aren't in the right size to view on a small MP3 player screen, so you'll need to convert them first. Check the manual for the proper size.
  • Hook up your USB cord to your computer and to your MP3 player. This cord should have come in the same package as your player.
Open your video in whatever folder you converted it. Drag it over to your MP3 player folder, located within "My Computer" field.
Some converters will automatically download the video to your player after it is converted. Provided by E How

How do i download video to my 4.3 visual land touch screen mp3

Check the specification of your MP3 player to determine the type of video file format it uses. Most common video files that MP3 players use are, AVI and WMV, there may be others such as FLV, MOV and DivX. If your player cannot play a video then it is an incompatible video file format, then you need to convert that video file to a format that your MP3 player uses. After video conversion then copy the video files to your MP3 player using the USB cable from your computer. When i try to get in to a file on my my visual land v touch pro it wil not let me i just says invaled file formating

If your computer is saying that, somethings wrong. If the player is saying that the player does not support that file type and will need to be converted. If its a video or audio file I would recommend a converter by Freemake, its free and all of them work great!

How can i put a video on the v-touch, i tried with a 320*256 and it doesn't work

I use freemake video converter, it works great. If you get it open the video you want on your V-Touch. Once you have added the video file to freemake, click on "to AVI" and click on the drop down box, chose TV quality, and hit convert. Once its done drag the new file to "video" file on the V-Touch. You can get the freemake video converter free from their website: http://www.freemake.com/

How do i add videos in this i am using realplayer sp thought i got the music right cant figure out how to put in vidoes

You have to make sure that the video you are downloading to the Visual Land VL-557 is of the right format. The format that this player uses is:
Video format: AMV only
Audio format: MP3 · WAV · WMA · ASF
Your player will not work with any other video format, I believe that is maybe your problem.
You can see the information for your MP3 player at this website:

You can download a free AMV video format coverter at this website:

Good Luck, I hope this helps
