First, does the machine print normally from a computer or when making copies? If so, then most probably you have enabled a private receive fax mode. In this mode, faxes are not printed immediately upon receipt (to prevent unauthorized people to read them), but are stored in memory, waiting for an authorized person to come and print them, providing a PIN (password). To print the faxes stored in memory, do the following: - press FaxMenu - using arrow buttons select "receive" - press OK - using arrow buttons select "print faxes" - press OK - using the alphanumeric keypad enter the PIN/password and press OK THe previously received faxes should print.. SOmeone must have turned this option on, so ask that person what he/she entered as the PIN.
Action : Confirm that the power lamp is green.
If the power lamp is off, turn the machine on.
While the power lamp is flashing green, the machine is initializing. Wait until the power lamp stops flashing and remains green.
If the Alarm lamp is orange, an error may have occured on the machine.
2) Cause : Machine is not connected properly.
Action : Make sure that the USB cable is securely plugged into the machine and the computer.
* if you are using a relay device such as USB hub, disconnect it, connect the machine directly to the computer, and try printing again. If printing start normally, there is a problem with the relay device.
Consult the reseller of the relay device for details.
* There could be a problem with the USB cable. Replace the USB cable and try printing again.
3) Cause : Your machine is not selected in Printer on the Print dialog box.
Action : Select your machine's name in the printer on the Print dialog box.
If your machine name doesnot appear in Printer, follow the procedurebelow to check that the driver for your machine is installed on your computer.
a) Select Print & Fax Preferences in Printer.
In Mac OS X. v.10.2.8 or 190.3.x, select Edit Printer List in Printer.
b) Check that your machine's name is displayed in the list of printers and that the check is selected.
In Mac OS.X v.10.2.8, check that your machine;s name is displayed in printer list.
c) If your machine's name is not displayed, click Add(+) to add the machine. If you cannot add the machine, follow the procedure described in youe setup sheet to reinstall the MP drivers.
Turn off the main power switch, and disconnect the power cord. Remove the copyboard glass; then, remove the screw, and detach the small cover from the IP cover. remove the remove all eprom dccon ram & insert again & start the machine.
There is no way to change your machine into printer mode only.

So if you are facing a problem regarding printing then please check the paper size of the machine, and also check the paper size from the "PRINTING PREFERENCES" by taking the properties of printer icon in printer and faxes menu.(where installed printers shows) right click on the bizhub 200 printer icon and clickj on "properties". now click on "printing preferences" tab and then click on "size" tab, now from here check the paper size.its A4 or not if its not A4 then please change it to A4 then again give a print command.machine will start printing.
I experienced this problem when "Fax Setting -> TX Setting -> Print Report" is configured before you send out the fax. After your Fax was sent, and the message "Waiting for report" appear forever and does not leave. It is because your INK Level is Low and your have set "Fax Setting -> RX Setting -> Auto Print ON -> Print when no ink OFF", and so the report will not be printed out due to ink level is low.
Solution: Configure "Fax Setting -> RX Setting -> Auto Print ON -> Print when no ink to ON", and the report will be printed out immediately, the message disappear.
