I don't know why the problem of not being able to log into Yahoo email accounts exists, but you're not alone. If you know that the problem is not you entering an incorrect user name or password, there is a work-around to get into Yahoo mail. And, it takes less than 5 minutes to set it all up.

Every time I've recommended this solution to someone for their Yahoo Mail problem, it's worked.

The easiest way to sign into your Yahoo email account is to use Firefox as your browser and download the Webmail notifier add-on for Firefox.

With the click of a mouse, you'll be sent directly to your Yahoo email page without having to manually sign in to Yahoo.

Click here for Firefox download: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/4490

To add Webmail Notifier it to your Firefox toolbar click here: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/4490

1) After downloading and re-starting Firefox, right click in an empty area on your TOP toolbar in Firefox and select, 'Customize.' (A window with icons will open.)

2) Locate and drag the envelope icon to your upper toolbar and click, 'Done'.

3) Once the envelope is seated on the toolbar, right click on the envelope icon and choose, 'Options'. (A window will open.)

4) Select, Yahoo from the drop down menu.

5) Type in your full email address in the 'User Name' box.

6) Type in your Yahoo mail password in the password box.

7) Click, Add

8) Make sure 'Enable Login' is checked that the bottom.

9) Click, 'OK'.

Now, when you want to go to your Yahoo email just click on the little envelope icon and you'll be sent straight to your email page in Yahoo.

- I forgot to add, the envelope will be gray when you don't have any unread emails, but turns yellow when you do.

If you found this information helpful, please give me a big thumbs-up when you rate my answer. Thanks!

Yahoo Mail won't load but all other Yahoo works fine. My Yahoo Yahoo Messenger work well but mail just won't load at all.

if this just started, could just be a server error on yahoo. Try to clear your browsing history and cookies, restart your computer to reset your connection and try yahoo mail again.

I'm having problems with my Yahoo mail account. It takes forever to load, and sometimes it just doesn't load at all. When I can get in, I can't download attachments. Other Yahoo sites are really slow, too.

Hello there... Check your internet connection first...It should work fine.
Regarding Yahoo!mail account, I've also experienced that one so I use the Yahoo!mail classic in order to see my emails. And it worked for me everytime. Hope this helps...

I go to my yahoo page and sign in. then to yahoomail but the mail never comes up

IF YOUR YAHOO MAIL IS TAKING AGES TO LOAD
HOW DO I CLEAR MY BROWSER'S CACHE
1. Close all browser windows and open a new one.
2. Clear your browser's cache including temp files, cookies, and history. If you do not know how then follow the instructions on the help page for the specific browser and browser version you are using: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browse…
3. Close that browser window and reboot your computer. Open a new browser window and sign into your Yahoo Mail here: http://mail.yahoo.com/
4. If you are still having a problem with the website, try an alternative browser such as Firefox. It is always good to have an alternative browser so you can test and check to see if your problem is browser specific. Here is the link to get Firefox: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/ie.…

New yahoo mail does not work

New mode of Yahoo mail use a technology that is "AJAX", this technology at first load all thing (such as mail, sent mail, options and...) in cache and then use them quickly (like Gmail). But this technology has some problems inside that one of them is something like what you said. Of course it also depends on your connection line. But at all it has some problem. It's not yours! If you want to use this new mode I can suggest you to tect other browsers like safari, firefox and ... .Maybe they work better!
Good luck
