Question about Computers & Internet
I have an Evesham desktop PC running XP & cannot get the sound to work - there doesn't appear to be any drivers for the motherboard sound on the recovery CD ROM. (labeled 200-0096) I'd appreciate some help please
If you don't have audio drivers supplied then you have a couple of choices.
1. Download and run a PC audit programme such as PC Wizard which should identify your motherboard and possibly your audio device http://www.cpuid.com/pcwizard.php
2. Remove the side cover of the PC and check the make and model number of the motherboard.
Once you have the motherboard model go to the manufacturers site and download the relevant drivers.
