Hi,
You can get a pressurized air canister. It works like aerozol, but it only blows air with high pressure.

Can a Toshiba L650D run star wars the old republic? I have installed the gaand me and typically it runs for about an hour before overheating and shutting down. i suspect it may be dust, but i am not sure,...

Hi.

The Toshiba L650D should be able to run the game without any problems at all. If the laptop is overheating and shutting down after an hour then i would say that it is a problem with dust which has built up on the CPU fan blades and also on the air vent grills. I would suggest that you get a can of compressed air and try to clean the dust from them. If you can't get to all the dust then you may have to take it to a shop to have them take the laptop apart and clean it properly.

Regards.

In my laptop some keys are not working

Probably that is a result of sticky dust particles under the keys of your keyboard. Get your computer to a computer technician to open it up and blow and clean the dust off. The cleaning should be done using benzene

Hello Toshiba satellite p35-s6053 shuts down unexpectedly. can u give me some possible solutions

Assuming the battery isn't failing or the power supply isn't bad, the laptops cooling system may be clogged with dust causing overheating and sudden shutdown to prevent damage to the CPU. You may be able to blast the dust out with compressed air but the chunks of dust could actually block up the fan, keeping it from spinning, and make things worse! Best solution is disassembly of the laptop to get better access and do a complete cleaning..

My x205-s9349 toshiba laptop is getting hot in the area of #1 hard drive and shuts down. I have vacuumed the case out and still does the same thing. this laptop has run hot ever since it was new.

When the CPU overheats then it will shut down (i.e. thermaloverload) and won't boot up again until it has cooled down. If this is theproblem is not fixed then the CPU will eventually fail.
A faulty fan causes the problem or the fan and heat sink assembly are cloggedwith dust.
Check the CPU fan to see if it spins freely, if not replace the fan.
If the fan and heat sink is clogged with dust the remove the dust and make surethe vents are clear and dust free. Use a can of compressed air to do this. Use a fan assisted laptop cooling pad for addition cooling.

The blower of my toshiba laptop is noisy?

Either the fan needs to be cleaned from accumulated dust, or it is damaged & needs to be replaced.
First, blow some compressed air into the fan vent. If a cloud of dust comes out, then you will need to disassemble the laptop & clean the fan & the air ways, then re-assemble it back. If this did not solve the problem, you will need to replace the fan.

Toshiba A65-S1062 - This laptop overheats and shuts down.

I bet that you had your laptop on all the time.
Your heat sink is saturated with dust and grit.
you may have to open up the unit and use a can of dust remover to clean the fins on the heat sink out. it is causing your CPU to shut down bucause it is becoming overheated.
Happy Fixing =)
