SOURCE: lost directions

Not being familiar with that brand I would say to go online to their website and look up the instructions on their site and then you can print them off so you will have them at hand.

Water timers and Melnor timers last a year or two. They come with 1 year warranty for defects in workmanship.
Change batteries, reset timer if there is a reset protocol, buy another timer. Melnor, Orbit, are major brands. Gardena is not supported. Yardworks repackages other brands.

Need to known how to set the timer do not have a manual we have the VIGORO deluxe water timer, they are about two years old.

I do not know how to set the timer, but can offer possible source for manual.

VIGORO timers can be same as Melnor:
Match up image with your timer and then download manual.
Water timers last 1 or 2 seasons. There is no repair for broken water timers.

Can it be set to water every other day

Assuming that your model number is 3018 you just need to keep cycling through the frequency options by pressing "change". The hourly options end with "h" and the day options end with "d". So "2d" means every other day. Press "accept" when you come to "2d".
