Question about Dell V305w All-In-One R840635AU InkJet Printer
one doc stuck in print que & will not delete
It seems to be an issue with the Print Spooler Service. Either the
service is stopped or not started correctly. Try stopping and restarting the printer
spooler services on your computer. For tips on how to restart the Print
Spooler service, use the link: http://www.ehow.com/how_2319117_restart-print-spooler-xp.html. Now Reboot your system and try deleting the print queue. It should work fine now.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
