I Have just Replaced the water Valve. The water valve has a Thermister on it. The water still just trinkles in. I have also checked the water to the water valve , which checks good, what else could it be?

Dont Know yet, but it seems to me that the washer wouldn't Agitate at the proper water level, which it does. It just takes about 30-45 minutes to fill at the proper water level

It could be the water pressure switch is bad. It will be connected to a tube on the inside of the machine (usually on the right side looking from the front of the machine between the drum and the side panel). Try first blowing into the tube to clear it up, otherwise try replacing the pressure sensor switch.

Let me know how this works out for you.

The board could be bad, sounds like you have done the test by chilling then warming the thermister and see the rise/drop in ohms value depending whether the thermister is warmer or colder

No, the valve is automatically controlled by the PCB panel. You must find out if the valve is commanded by measuring the voltage across it.
If the voltage is there then the valve has failed again and it will have to be replaced. Here it is

No matter what the temp setting is at it only has very hot water

Your water temp is determined by 2 things. First the hook up to your water supply. If you are able to turn off the hot water valve that feeds the unit and then select a cold water only wash, do you get cold water?? If not then someone hooked up the hoses to 2 hot water feeds. If hot and cold feeds are installed right, the second thing is your computer which monitors the incoming temp through the boards atc control and a thermister. If you select cold, and only get a hum and the cold water valve is on, you may have to clean the screens in the valve of any sediment. If no hum, and no cold, dead solenoid on valve, but that would throw an error code usually. All fills are monitored by the board and usually begin with a hot/wrm mix and then changeover to a monitored cold temp , about 70 degrees.

FE code water overfills due to faulty water valve

Water valve is stuck open and needs to be replaced.  The best way to check if the water valve is the problem is to remove the top cover, run the machine to get the water running.  While the water is filling, remove the connector to the water valve that is filling.  If the water continues to run without the connector, the valve needs to be replaced.  If the water stops flowing when disconnected, you may have a control board problem and will need it to be replaced.
