You have two options, you can attempt to reset the password which varies by model or you may need to do a hard reset which is usually executed by holding the power button and using the stylus to tap on the button located on the bottom, a small pin should also work. If you can respond with the model number I'll see if I can find a better solution that doesn't involve a data wipe.

You should be able to use the alternate e-mail account you have registered with mail.com to recover your password. Be sure to set a secure password.

If you have the "System Restore" set of CD-ROMs that were shipped with the computer, you can use them to reinstall Windows to the "factory" settings.

If you no longer have those CD-ROMs, contact Fujitsu, and order a replacement set. $20 ? $20 for courier-shipping?

you can setup the router manually without the CD.

1> plug a network cable into the router, and your computer

2> type the following into your web browser http://192.168.1.1

3> enter your settings for your ISP

4> choose your wireless settings (it is recomended to setup some security on your network so people can't have access to your network without authorization)

Go to http://www.plustek.com/support/download.asp fill out the form and it will list what you need to set it up again.

If you have lost you cd or don't know how to install your printer then all you need to do is download the drivers and software from the manufactures website that suits your operating system and printer.

The WEP code is whatever you make it when you set up the wireless connection. If you have lost this key. It is best to use the manual reset located on your wireless router. Will require a small point like a paperclip. Then you will have to access the router and set up the wireless internet over again. Then you can secure it with a new WEP key.
