Cannot get the picture wide

Firstly you have not mentionrd thr Make & Model of your monitor.
Assuming it's a LCD Monitor you could try the following:

Modern monitors have a 'native resolution'. While most LCD monitors can display a wide variety of screen resolutions, the native resolution will always look best, since this is the screen resolution that matches the number of pixels inside the display. Any other screen resolution may look blocky or distorted, since the number of pixels used in the picture will not match the actual number in the display.

You can adjust your computers display resolution easily. For best results with your monitor, you should use the latest display drivers and monitor drivers and run your monitor in its native resolution. For more information on updating your display drivers, see this link.

Inscription "nonpreset mode". What ? Answer in french if possible.

The monitor wants you to set your PC video resolution to its native resolution, which is 1280 x 1024 @60Hz for best resolution. I believe you can turn off the non native resolution warning but I cannot locate the user manual for your monitor.

ViewSonic Optiquest Q7b 17" LCD Monitor has a fuzzy picture

LCD monitor needs to be fed with native resolution from the PC video out, this monitor native resolution is 1280x1024 @60Hz, try that setting to see if it helps before opening up the monitor to look for failed components.

When i turn my computer on with the normal mode it says it's out of range. how do i fix that?

You need to set the resolution on the PC to native resolution (1024 x768 @60Hz) of your LCD monitor, the resolution was too high for the monitor to display, that is why you get the error message. Start the PC into save mode by hitting F8 key during boot up then reset the resolution to your monitor native resolution and then reboot.

I RECENTLY STARTED USING BENQ MONITOR & NOW I HAVE IRRITATION ON MY EYES. WILL THERE BE ANY RADIATION FROM BENQ MONITORS

There's practically no radiation from LCD monitors, especially compared to older CRT monitors, which radiated several sorts of electromagnetic waves.

Is the picture on your monitor crisp, with good focus? If the letters and shapes are blurry, it may mean that you are using a different screen resolution than the native resolution of your LCD.
If your monitor type is FP731, then it's native resolution is 1280x1024 and this is what should be set in the Display Properties under Settings tab (in Windows). If it's a different model, you can search for it's specs on the web to see what is it's native (a.k.a. optimum) resolution.

Please rate and possibly leave a testimonial if helped.

Resolution of the text

What is the resolution that you are running the monitor at? There are two possible reasons that come to my mind.

1. You are running at a non native resolution. Based on your LCD spec you should run it at 1280x1024 resolution to have very sharp text as you normally expect from LCD's. However if you have set another resolution (say 1024x768) the text is blurred and this is a known issue with LCD's, which unlike a normal CRT monitor will get blurred running at any other resolution :(
2. You have not installed the monitor driver, hence again this limits your resolution and windows only allows you to select a resolution that is non-native (Meaning since the driver file is not there the operating system may not allow selecting the native resolution the monitor should run at). You can find the driver file at the samsung site. Its a common driver file for all LCDs.
