what is your operating system?
what is internet explorer version?

if you answer these 2 questions I maybe able to help you resolve your problem

My problem was I had to many pictures in my C/ pictures folder. It couldn,t load before it timed out. I moved those pictures to my C/photo folder, worked great! no more problem. I have win xp home ed sp 2. The Lord Jesus help me after month of prayer and not finding any solution on the web, Last night the answer just popped in my head, I'm not smart on pc, so I know I had help.Thank Jesus if this helps you. If you have IE7, click on START, SETTINGS, CONTROL PANEL, ADD REMOVE PROGRAMS. Remove Windows Internet Explorer 7, reboot.

If you have IE6, click on START, SETTINGS, CONTROL PANEL, ADD REMOVE PROGRAMS, ADD REMOVE WINDOWS COMPONENTS, and uninstall IE (Internet Explorer). Reboot. Go back and reinstall IE. You may need the original XP CD. Borrow one from a friend if you can.
