It is slowly warming up.

Both the refrigerator and the freezer are slowly warming. I have the unit that has the coils underneath and not on the back. I also have several dogs and a cat. When I pulled the front off, the coils were covered with hair and dust. I thought it was just not pulling enough air across the coils so I cleaned them as best as I could but the unit is still warming. I checked the breakers in my breaker box hoping one of them was not thrown all the way thus not giving the unit full power, but that did not seem to be the case. Any suggestions??? I appreciate anay help that I can get.

Pull the refrigerator away from the wall, and remove the 'cardboard' cover from the back. Make sure the condenser fan is working. If not, replace it! Also check that the area around the compressor is not blocked.

Testimonial: "I have it pulled away from the wall, and I have the cardboard removed. The fan is working fine and I have cleaned around the condenser. Thank you "

The freezer is working great, but the refridgerator is warm.

This is the first sign of refrigeration problems, try cleaning the coils on back or underneath the unit.

Check the condenser fan motor in the back, bottom of unit. pull off lower panel. Fan should be running when unit is running. Also check the condensor coils underneath or in back to make sure they are clear.
