My new coffe maker, used about 3 times thus far, spills hot coffee over the side of the pot while brewing. Even with the pot lid open, it still spurts the coffe far enough that is goes over the side, onto my counter top. Any ideas?
Leave the carafe off the hot plate and place the basket in holder with the lip under hinged flange so it sits flat. Then replace the carafe and the basket should not move up when the Pause and Serve button opens. I just bought this pot too and
love it but except for the basket placement problem.

I am after a instruction manual for the Philips senseo HD-7810 coffee maker - can anyone help. Managed to work out so much but only managing to get a very small cupful out of the machine but there is two buttons on the bottom of the machine (part rubbed off - but looks to be a one cup or a two cup option is this correct?)

I have had the Keurig B70 for about 2 weeks, and it worked beautifully until today. Now it shuts itself off all the time. The auto shut off is not set, so it isn't that. If it is completely cooled off--say, after a couple of hours--it will heat up properly and brew a cup, maybe two. But then, without warning, it will hum rather than the "boiling" sound of the water heater, then turn itself off.
Any idea how to make it work properly?
Thanks!
