You should have unplugged the unit first. Check your house circuit breakers.

Unplug the unit and remove the logic board. Check for burnt or missing traces on the printed circuit especially around the small transformer.

I have a liftmaster fromula 1 GDO. The lights do not come on when the dorr opens. The lightbulbs are good. Any help?

There may be a switch up by the lights, it may just not be set to turn on when the door opens. Also I found on mine, the opener attached to the wall in the garage has a button that turns the lights on and off.

if you are using the new florescent bulbs they don't always seat deep enough. Unplug the opener remove the bulb in the bottom of the socket there's a metal tab use your finger or a small screwdriver and bend/lift the tab up a little bit. this should fix your problem

The lights on my liftmaster garage door opener suddenly stopped working I have already replaced the old light bulbs with ones I know work but the lights are still not working.

Unplug the opener and remove the light bulb. Using a small screwdriver lift up on the center contact of the socket. Replace the bulb and plug the opener in.

I'm sure you know this now but it sure would have been safer had you unplugged the unit first.
