Question about Sony Dual Shock 3 Controller for PlayStation 3
The X button on my PS3 controller has stopped working. Controller is new (less than 6 monts), I have tried to recharge it, reset it and turn the console off and on again.
Anyone knows if this is a bug or if the controller is simply broken?
Hey i bought my controller from gamestop brand new for 60$ and after 8 months same thing happend to me.
I think it happend because i tunrned the ps3 off incorrectly and i corrupted some data , i could fix that dat because the data corruped was those files for recognizion of the "X" button.
To restore it you will need a PS3 Dvd/Bluray controller to go the XMB and restore using that controller.

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Ok, you've probably already figured this out, but you are in possession of a worthless POS fake PS3 controller. Congratulations: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mji_PLB7Tb0
