First, unplug the washer for safety. Then remove the three 7 millimeter or t15 torque screws from the front lowest part of your washer - which will allow you to remove the lower front panel. It will be easier if you prop the front of your washer up on a couple pieces of wood or bricks first, so you can get to those screws more easily
