Question about HP Pavilion a1720n PC Desktop
Just recently happened with my HP. In all likelyhood its the power supply unit inside the machine. If you have access to another computer H.P. has a troubleshooting guide on its website to guide you through some basic tests. If you have no access you can call them for the same guidance with no charge. Customer service is friendly, prompt, and they have great patience and will take their time with you.
Problem can go from the Power Unit, to Motherboard, to Hard Drive, to Battery, etc. Some troubleshooting can narrow it down for ya.
