Question about Creative Labs Zen Micro MP3 Player
My Zen Micro felt on the ground and now it won't to turn on. When I turn it on, display shows only Creative logo and disc produces strange noise. In the recovery mode, all buttons function expect up an down, so i can't move down to format the disc. When it's plugged into PC, it does the same as at switching on.
Is there a solution?

"Hard-disk Problem"... I'd just like to confirm once more that smacking the player on its rhs while turning it on works.I had to smack it fairly hard though so don't be afraid!! I didn't try smacking it till I checked out the threads above so thanks everyone I'm a happy man again!! :)
you can replace the hard drive with a flash drive to fix this.
