Question about Ricoh CL4000DN Laser Printer
Printer is connected to a CISCO switch which uses DHCP to hand out IPs. There is no server at the loction were the printer is located. Printer is set up as a local printer to the workstations via IP addressing.
Changed the speed from 100 to 10. Pinging last 10 minute instead of 1 minute.
Had the tech take it back to their systems were they were successful in having it connected to a switch that was DHCP and it work fine.
Possible problem with CISCO????
