A card reader is a small, inexpensive device available at stores like Walmart, etc. You plug your card in one end and the other end into a USB port on your computer. Take your card with you and the clerk can point you to the correct reader.A card reader is a small, inexpensive device available at stores like Walmart, etc. You plug your card in one end and the other end into a USB port on your computer. Set the image storage setting of the camera to Internal.
Once it is set to internal, put the card in the camera and press review.

Which size has the memory card? More than 1GB?
The spec for the SD card format is going to 2GB but the Kodak C330 not compatible with 2 GB SD memory cards.
But try an firmware upgrade. Maybe the supporting now the 2 GB memory cards. Why download firmware version 1.07? This firmware version improves memory card compatibility and provides general performance updates. KODAK EASYSHARE C330 Zoom Digital Camera Firmware
If you are using Windows XP unplug your camera from your PC and uninstall the Kodak software. You don't need it to transfer photos to your PC. The next time you connect your camera (turn the camera on) to your computer it should recognize it and you can use Windows built in transfer software. try reinstalling easy share software/drivers. if that doesn't work then update you computer at windowsupdate.com and use the photo and scanner utility to get the pictures from the camera.
