The only way to fix the lights on the buttons is to replace the complete radio.The lights in these radios are part of the radio and you can not get parts for it.What the dealership does is they send the radios to a factory approved radio repair place.The ones that we used at our place was from New York.What they do now is a radio exchange.They swap your radio for a refurbished one.Usually about 200 or more plus installation and programming if needed.Hope this helps.Let me know if you need more help.Good luck.
