I have the exact same problem don't call sony it won't work they will give you a bunch of automation messages (I know iv'e tried) try calling sony later when they have the psn fully back up, also try all your email accounts (assuming you have more than 1) if u can't remember one try asking your friend or something they might know since they probably have you on contacts. The final reason is make a new account and restart everything (not reccomended)
f10 or whatever key that it tells you is the setup key when you first turn it on. Navigate the bios with your arrow keys. Find the
option that lets you boot into safe mode with the command prompt. Boot
it into safe mode and when you get to the command prompt type "net user
*" but type that without quotes and instead of the you should type
you're user name without the 's. It will then ask you for a password and
you'll type in that but it won't show you typing anything. It will ask
you to type it again so do that and then boot your system back up and
then hold f10 or whatever key it is and to go into the bios and select boot regularly from the
options in there.
You can activate this feature from Tools | Settings | Security | Phone and SIM | Allow remote lock menu. The password of your memory card will be your remote lock message. So, if you still remember your remote lock message, then try to unlock your memory card’s password using that message.
new computers recommend an administrator password so you can set it up. The password would be one that you want to put in. So just use one that you will remember and it will then ask you to confirm the password that you entered. Remember to write your chosen password down somewhere in case you forget it at a later date. For example if oyu ever have to restore your computer to factory default settings it will ask you for the password that you created here. So enter anything as long as you remember what it is. Lots of people just put the word admin for their password because it is easy to remember. But it is up to you.
