It sounds like one of the blades is damaged causing them to lock up. Take each of the heads out andturn the blade insice the comb with your fingers on each one. They should turn freely. I speculate that one of them is damaged and the blade is embeded into the comb not allowing it to turn. If this is the case, you will need to replace the heads. You did not mention your specific model number so I cant direct you to the correct blades that you require. You should be able to find blades for your model at shaveroutlet.com
