Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3

1 Answer

I can't hear caller unless speaker phone is on.

My RAZR V3c is a couple of years old. It has not been abused in any way. My problem is I can't hear the caller. I only can hear them ever so faintly. My volume is all the way up. They can hear me perfectly! We can only communicate if I turn my speaker phone on.

The speaker is in miscontact ..... if you are good at opening the handset then just open it and reconnect the apeaker correctly ...
if problem persists then try changing your speaker.....
remember i am not speaking about the loud speaker ....

your problem will get solved by doing this....

as yo only told that the user can hear your voice so thereis no problem with the microphone...
just there is problem wit the hearing speaker may be due to miscontact or it s damaged as i have mentioned it earlier ..

Can't hear caller

The earpiece speaker has gone bad. Unless you have access to a replacement speaker and can solder you will have to take the phone to you nearest Motorola service center.

Receiving calls

Probably the speaker's problem, go to the store where you purchased the phone, and tell them your problem, they will probably replace it for you and you'll be fine. Good luck.

I can't hear people that call me unless I put them on speaker phone. Called Motorola and they had me reset the phone but that did nothing. Any other suggestions?
