I couldn't view u'r clip but it seems if the pipe is blocked try to remove the blockage by using a hose where you spray hot water and normal dishwashing liquid, through the pipe, to unblock it. Just do not immerse the whole machine in water! Because I do not know what machine you have. Good luck my friend!

I have a hoover steam vac F5915-900 I bought at walmart about 4 months ago. I used it about 5 times in differnet rooms. Today when I went to use it It won;t pick up the dirty water. I cleaned the filter...

Make sure the suction area of the face plate is clear of all debris. If anything else, call the number on the machine, it's still under warrantee if the machine doesn't work from normal use.

My hoover rug clearner won't pick up water when I pull back.

You don't say which model you have but this often occurs on the F5000 series. The most common reason for lack of pick up is that the lid is not fully seated on the dirty water tank. Be sure to hook the two tabs on the front of the lid, and then snap the rear latch into place. Another reason is that the duct on the front of the dirty water tank is missing. The duct may have been removed to install the hose, and was not put back in place. It is a square plastic piece, about the size of a slice of sandwich bread, which slides into the front of the tank. A far less common reason for no pick-up is that the seal that the tank sits on has fallen off the motor cover suction tube. You will see a round tube on the bottom of the dirty water tank. This sits on top of a large rubber seal on the motor cover when the tank is in place. Be sure the seal has not fallen down into the hood.

Won’t **** up water

Hello,
I would advise you to ALWAYS to FIRST UNPLUG YOUR VACUUM before beginning any service procedure.
We need more information like the brand name and model number to try to describe why it won’t pick up water, could be a clog, could be that the gasket is shot, the tank may not be sitting the vacuum correctly, and by giving the brand name I can direct you to the correct vacuum cleaner dealer or factory manufacturer so you can get this fixed. So if you need further assistance, please feel free to contact your local vacuum cleaner dealer in your area or in the yellow pages, or contact the factory phone number or website to further assist you with your questions.
Thanks, Don – The Vac Man
