They are called janome bobbins, but need to be flat ( there are some out there with a curve). the best place is to try an janome store as i have had a few that will not fit

Check your threading, especially your bobbin because usually looping on top means the bobbin is not set right, Read your manual,

Janome memory craft 9000. I can't find my book and I don't remember how to rewind the bobbin.

Hi
I found this on the Janome site but it is only a partial maunal so not much use

Try looking at the manual for the MC10000 as it may be similar to your machine and is more complete.

Adjusting the dogs on memoery craft 9700

are you trying to drop them for embroidery ? look at the back, behind the bobbin area, there should be a lever. my 9000 also has the option to use ADJ and the grphic for the feed dogs come up. on the 9000, they disengage automatically when you go to embroidery mode. I hope this helps

Clear bobbin out of thread

Memory Craft has a bobbin winder on top of the machine.  It works beautifully, but wind it on slowly for better sewing function.

Janome 9000

I have a Janome 9000, was sewing and broke needle, replaced and broke another. I didn't have machine threaded, took out bobbin and would sew a little and stop saying thread broke. I took off top plate and started machine again, sew a little and stop saying thread broke. So I took out bobbin case and sewed again and stopped repeating the message. Everything looks OK, bobbin case and top plate. I guess I want to know if the timing could be off or do you think it is the computer part of the machine...Should I take it to the Sewing Machine Shop??
