How to access dryer tumbler

For repairs of the electronics & switches on this model, you need to pull the front panel away from the rest of the enclosure.

To do that, pry the front of the dryer top up with a putty knife or slim screwdriver inserted on the front left and right, under the lid. (be careful to not chip the paint.) The top acts like a hinged lid that can be pushed up and back and stay attached if you like.

Once the top is opened, there is one screw on each side to be removed, then the front panel can be pulled forward. There are two connector on the right side that need to be disconnected. The front panel can then be lifted up and you can get at the rear of the electronics panel.
