Get a card reader and try to download your pics. Or, take your card to a store like Walmart that has a Kodak Picture Kiosk and insert your card. You can print your pics or make a cd of them

How do I generate erased fotos

I presume you are saying that you have erased photos on your camera's memory card. As long as you have not taken more pictures with your camera and stored them on the same memory card, you should be able to recover all deleted photos.

Download and run the free PhotoRec Digital Picture and File Recovery program from your computer, naturally with your memory card or camera plugged into your computer.

Good luck.

How do i erase internal memory

Your question is not quite clear as to which content you wish to erase; however, if you mean to erase or delete photos stored in the camera memory, here is the process.
1. Switch off camera,
2. Remove SD Card,
3. Close cover and switch on camera,
4. Go to view mode and chose what to erase. Follow the standard procedure for erasing photos. Check to confirm that photos have been deleted/ erased
5. Switch off camera again and re-insert SD card.

Hope this helps - and please check to indicate if it does!

How to delete pitcures on a polaeoida530

Read the manual, it is there for a reason.
If you lost it, download an electronic version of it, all major manufacturers let you do that.

Everybody needs to read their manual several times.
Read it once, then take some photos. Read it again, and practice what you learned.
Read it again, you'll understand much more this time, then go experiment.

Also keep this in mind:
Memory cards can and do fail, and sooner or later there is a good chance that will happen to you.

The correct thing to do is this:
After a day's shooting, download your photos to your computer.
Backup your images (e.g. onto a CD/DVD).
Post process, sort, delete, etc, then back up the "good" copies somewhere else.

When you have them safely on your computer, format the card in your camera. That erases the photos, but also erases "housekeeping" stuff and errors. It isn't a guarantee, but formatting improves your chances of trouble free use of your memory card.

There are many mobile options for storing and viewing photos, your camera is a very bad choice for that.

Hope helps.

Many photos have disappeared from my camera, it's a Canon PowerShot DS800 IS. After you've taken a bunch do they get stored somewhere automatically? I haven't deleted anything, and I can only see about 5...

Yes they should have been stored automatically to the camera's SD memory card. Take no more pics until you've recovered the photos, and take the card out of the camera. This is to reduce the chance of you overwriting some of your "lost" photos. There are many good freeware photo recovery software options that are available to help you recover your photos. This blog article reviews and outlines several of the better ones.

I HAVE A CANON A580 I HAVE LOST ALL MY PHOTOS FROM THE MEMORY CARD I DID NOT ERASE THEM COULD THEY BE STORED SOMEWHERE ELSE ON THE CAMERA

No, they'll be on the memory card as long as they have not been overwritten with new files. This will be true even if you accidentally "erased" them or even if you reformatted the card.

If you put the card into an external card reader and use SD card recovery software then you should be able to recover the data. Do not use the card afterwards as you'll never be able to trust it again, SD cards are pretty cheap these days so replacement is often only a little more than one would pay to buy and then develop and print a couple of rolls of 35mm film. The only exception is if the card has suffered internal physical damage such as caused by exposure to high voltage static electricity; if so the card and data are both lost.

Best of luck, as long as you don't re-use your card there's a very good chance of getting your photos back. Please don't forget to take a moment to rate my answer.

I lost my pictures

As long as the xD card was not formatted it is possible to recover the images that were accidently erased. You can go to the following website link and download an image recovery software program that is free of charge.
http://www.z-a-recovery.com/
You want to download a program called Zero Assumption Recovery. It is a very simple program to use and people have had much success in recovering lost or erased images.

What is formatting?

Formatting from your camera means, it formats your memory card your using in it. Thereby it will erase everything in your memory card, so u will loose your photo.

FORMATTING

Hvae you tried taking the card out then looking on the camera for any stored images.

A lot of cameras will automatically use the storage card when it is inserted instead of the camera memory.

You maybe out of luck and lost all your pictures.

Erased images

I had success with this
1. Do not save any new file to memory card.
2. Connect your card to computer. You should see memory card shown as a drive letter (like H:) in My Computer.
3. Download recovery software, recommended one is this photo recovery software (simply because i was using it and it worked)
4. Install and open the photo recovery program, select your memory drive, and click 'Start' button to start scanning process which will find your deleted photos.
