Why when people call me it does not ring? it is not in vibrate or in silence i am looking for any repair siemens cellular or store where they sale in new york

Just turn the ring and notification volume all the way down and go into settings -->sounds and uncheck the vibrate check box.

You need to increase the volume from just vibrate to ring. You may also have slid, the tiny almost impossible to see switch on the top left hand side, and pushed to the vibrate only position. This tiny slide switch is useful if the phone goes off during a performance and you need to silence it immediately. Unfortunately, it is small and easy to switch on and off accidently, and many people do not seem to notice that has been switched. In one position, it will silence the ring and your phone will only vibrate. The other, the phone operates normally. I think it is a big design flaw on the Apple phones.

To silence your device
In the profile list, perform one of the following actions:
• To receive LED notification only, click Quiet.
• To receive vibrate notification only, click Vibrate.
• To turn off all notification, including notification profile exceptions and LED notification, click Off.

there r three modes. 1)ring mode. 2)vibration mode. 3)silence mode. so it would be on silence mode.just make it ring mode from silence mode. which can be done by going into settings then in to ringer and volume option.in that you can select. thanks.

press and hold the speaker icon on your main screen. It should go off the vibrating mode.

your ringing style is either set to only vibrate or you made the phone silent. (hold the # key to off and on silence)

check the settings in your phone book. this happened to my phone and all of the personal ring tones were set to vibrate. I don't know how this happened. I went into each contact and changed the ring tone to none and I am back in business

Luckily for your housemates, there is a way for you to silence the keypad.

You'll need to go to your "Settings" Menu
Select Ring Styles, then go to ringer "detail"
If you scroll all the way down, you should be able to see "Key Volume".
Set that to "0".

Similarly, you can choose the "Silent" or "Vibrate" ringer option and that will temporarily silence your Keypad Tones.

did you going to settings and then to tones?

try via using another profile in settings...option is there...else restore ur handset.....if that silent mode does not remove then do flash upgration....speaker is fine if u r able to hear the incmoing call.
