Question about Toshiba Televison & Video
Very probable, you can inspect it your self, just locate the access door for the lamp(located on the right side of the tv back) and take the screw that holds it in place, then pull the assembly out by unscrewing the two small screws holding the cage out, you will have a good look at the lamp once you have the assembly out. To install a replacement lamp you can see the following link, can not be explained better than this:
