There is a review of this TV on: www.dooyoo.co.uk/television/panasonic/ Take a look at it to see if this describes your problem. He doesn`t think much of the circuits in the TV.

The only thing I can suggest is try lowering the contrast and/or brightness controls.

Check its main power regulator section circuit. Replace all the electrolytic capacitors there. This is a power supply fault.

What is the sorce of radiowaves

Radio waves are electromagnetic waves occurring on the radio frequency portion of the electromagnetic spectrum, with the range of about 3 Hz to 300 GHz.

Like all electromagnetic waves, radio waves are produced by exited electrons when they return to their normal state. Radio waves can be made to carry information by varying a combination of the amplitude, frequency and phase of the wave within a frequency band.

When electromagnetic radiation impinges upon a conductor, it couples to the conductor, travels along it, and induces an electric current on the surface of that conductor by exciting the electrons of the conducting material. This effect (the skin effect) is used in antennas. Electromagnetic radiation may also cause certain molecules to absorb energy and thus to heat up; this is exploited in microwave ovens. My microwave starts however food does not heat up.

Micro wave as the name suggests produces heat when the micro waves aimed at an object causes the water molecules inside the object to vibrate hence producing heat. The gadget responsible is the magnetron. If your magnetron is not receiving ht voltage or receiving but faulty, then your micro wave wont work please take precaution when opening micro wave due to high voltage caps that remain charged sometimes even when it is off.check the high voltage fuse/ diode and capacitor if they are fine and the step up trans former o.k then the only option is to replace the magnetron

The xbox 360 will not read game discs or give me the option to play the game it only gives me the option to play a cd

Hi

By the problem you have described, i beleive you have a modded Xbox 360 used to play copied games, if yes you need to check what game are you playing.

If it is a latest game, then you would require a Wave 4 patch to play copied games on a modded Xbox 360, you can google on the web to find out the list of games that require wave 4 patch to run before you play the game on Xbox 360

What you need to do is first burn the Wave 4 patch on a Dual Layer DVD and load the game disc first and you would see "play CD" option, now take out the game disc and enter the Wave 4 patch disc you just burned and again you would see "play CD" option.

DO NOT PLAY the CD, just take it out again and re-insert your copied game CD in your Xbox 360 and you should be good to go.

Unfortunately Bose will not release their schematics or parts lists, effectively giving them a monopoly on repairs. Their web site, www.bose.com, offers to repair most Wave radios for $100 or to give owners of broken sets a $200 allowance towards the purchase of a new Wave. Before spending the big bucks though, you might want to check out the new HD radios. Better sound and a MUCH lower price.

If the DVD or Blu-ray Disc™ (BD) cannot be played, or the picture is distorted: Back to top
  • When outputting DVD content or PLAYSTATION®3 system format software in SD resolution, only discs recorded in the NTSC standard can be played.
  • If the PLAYSTATION®3 is connected to a VCR or a combination TV/VCR unit, copy protection encoding on some DVDs and BDs may cause image distortion, or may cause the image to become lighter or darker. In such cases, connect the system to the TV directly.
  • If the DVD or BD does not match the region code set in the PLAYSTATION®3, it cannot be played.
  • Some DVDs are preset with parental control restrictions. Enter the password that was set in "Security Settings" to temporarily increase the viewer age restriction level.
  • Some BDs are preset with parental control restrictions. Enter the password that was set in "Security Settings" to change the parental control level.
  • The BD may be disc-locked. Enter the password that was set when the disc was created.

Bose Wave radio humming noise

Actually the problem was caused by a bad 470uf cap, that was used to filter the powersupply for all the analog amps. Replaced the cap the unit works like new.
