If the unit has power, try using the reset button located in the bottom right corner of the control panel.
If the unit has no power at all:
Check the fuse located on the car DVD main unit (player) connection to battery. It should be a 10 Amps fuse mounted on the yellow power cable. you may need to follow the wires to find the fuse. You often need to pull out the unit to replace the fuse.Check also if the car has an additional fuse for the car stereo in the fuse box.
The connection to battery is starting from main wiring harness, see diagram below:
