Problem for Sub-Zero 700TCLH Bottom Freezer Refrigerator

Refrigerator Area Warm - Freezer still freezing cold

I have two Sub-Zero units that have been continually problematic since original purchase. I'm afraid I would recommend them.

Currently the Refrigerator section is 55 degrees and the freezer is as cold as usual.

- Instantly you can rule out the evaporator as I stated the freezer was "frozen" as cold as usual. The clue is that the refrigerator section was warm. This narrows the problem down to the switches that activate the fan i.e. the two drawer switches and ice maker switch.
If all of those test correctly for continuity then the fan that moves the really cold air to the refrigerator section should be checked. When checking the fan remember it does not operate if the system is running thru a defrost cycle. Most of the time a visual check will work -
