Can you tell me what do you mean by sanitizing an e-mail before forwarding?
Kindly use other words so that I could assist you.

Im not exactly sure about what you are talking by sanitizing ..but I assume that you are talking about removing headlines and all the stuff that remains from the previous sender...and rename it in such way that the other will not see that is a forwarded message...and indeed this is possible after you click forward ..you can delete from the message and headlines what ever you want and make it look like you need...but not before you hit forward..
you can also add a encoding to it from the tool bar ..if you feel the need...
If this is not what you asked..let me know exactly what you mean by sanitizing ..
